What is ASA-MIX-1

Automation Spirit Alliance helps concrete producers to modernize and adapt the control systems of concrete mixing plants, taking into account all the wishes of the Customer. To achieve these goals, the company's engineers developed a unique technical solution — Control panel ASA-MIX-1.

Adaptive software algorithms allow you to work with any type of equipment, regardless of manufacturer. Remote controller control ASA-MIX-1 has been successfully implemented and shows excellent results on SIMEM, Stetter, MEKA, ELKON, MUSTAM and ELBA equipment.

Structure of the control system

APCS ASA-MIX-1 consists of an upper and a lower level:

Upper level:

• Personal computer with 24” monitor.
• Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11.
• SCADA Cimplicity.
• ASA-MIX-1 software.

Lower level (you can choose one of the options):

• Without changing PLC (only PLC software changes).
• Changing only PLC with or without IO modules and weight controllers.
• New control cabinet with PLC, weight controllers, concrete mobility measurer, power breakers, contactors, softstarters.
